Writes this chunk and returns the server’s authoritative progress.

If offset differs from the server’s current offset, the response is returned as UploadProgress::Incomplete with the server’s authoritative offset.

Errors

Returns Error::ResumableUploadUnavailable when the session expired, was canceled, or could not be found. The upload must be restarted with a new session in that case.
